Their creations were bought entirely by Barneys New York, thus creating Proenza Schouler. The following year, the duo won the 2003 Swarovski award for Ready to Wear at the CFDA Awards and have since earned the 2009 Accessory Designer of the Year award and the Womenswear Designer of the Year award in 2007, 2011 and 2013. His creations are known for being full of fun and flirty graphics, mixed prints, colors of all sorts and bright materials and fabrics. One of Dalmau’s aims has always been to have people recognize and identify his designs without having to see the label. Initially only designing printed tops and t-shirts inspired by the looks of Californian surfers, he went on to create a full range of women and men’s clothing lines, as well as accessories and shoes.

Dalmau’s flirty and fresh style has caught the eyes of many fashion insiders, including Jennifer Lopez, who recently wore his colorful creations in her “Ni Tu Ni Yo” music video. 9 Times Celebs Borrowed Selena Quintanilla’s Look

Selena Quintanilla is a Latina icon who, during her short but hugely successful career, left a mark in the music, beauty and fashion industries. The Mexican-American singer loved to take risks with her outfits, showing just enough skin with her famous bustiers and crop tops, and always looking perfectly done up with her famous red pout.

It’s no wonder that over the years Selena has inspired many other artists to take some looks and make them their own.

Here are nine celebs who have borrowed the late singer’s looks.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande may be known for wearing over-sized sweatshirts and jackets, but Selena did it first back in 1994, a year after the “Side to Side” singer was born!

Selena Gomez

Not only is Gomez named after Selena, she also loves to take fashion and beauty tips from the Queen of Tejano. Both Selenas rock the loose wavy hair and red lips look perfectly!

Becky G wore jean overalls with a white tee to honor the singer on the anniversary of her death.

“Selena is one of my biggest inspirations. Beyond just her music, her way of being with her family and fans was so special and so relatable,” she wrote in 2015 on Instagram. “Every show, interview, and song had something special. Something Selena. Thankful for the path she had created for young women like myself to be ourselves.”

When she was 11, she even appeared on the Univision show Sabado Gigante and imitated Selena, outfit and everything!

'Stranger Things' T-Shirt Gets a Chic Makeover From Louis Vuitton During Paris Fashion Week

It’s TV meets fashion!

During the Louis Vuitton fashion show at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France, on Tuesday, a model made Stranger Things fans even more stoked for the upcoming season premiere by strutting her stuff down the runway in a graphic T-shirt displaying the faces of the Netflix series’ stars, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp and Finn Wolfhard.

The model wore the vintage-inspired piece over a sheer, floral blouse, which was styled with light pink pants and sneakers. She certainly turned heads as photographers snapped the chic look from all angles!

And plenty of A-listers were on hand to see the moment go down in person. Ruth Negga, Michelle Williams, Julianne Moore, Cate Blanchett, and Alicia Vikander were all seated front row.

Interestingly enough, the fashion house’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, is a Stranger Things fan himself. He actually teased that the collaboration was coming last September!

“Such a fun day and exciting project coming up thanks to all of you guys,” he captioned a selfie of himself posing with Matarazzo, McLaughlin and Millie Bobby Brown.

Stranger Things returns to Netflix on Oct. 27. As we patiently wait to binge watch the all-new season, watch the video below to hear what the Duffer Brothers teased about what’s to come in the upside down while chatting with ET!

Idris Elba Says Taylor Swift and Kanye West's Feud Made Co-Hosting the 2016 Met Gala 'A Bit Awkward'

Idris Elba had a blast co-hosting the 2016 Met Gala! There was just one thing though…

The Luther star opened up about the annual fashion event in an interview with The New York Times, where he admitted that Taylor Swift and Kanye West’s feud — which found new life that year after West’s infamous “Famous” lyrics — made things “a little awkward.”

“It was great [co-hosting]. I felt really famous that day,” the 45-year-old actor explained. “It was a bit awkward because Taylor Swift and I had to present an award. We were walking through the crowd and obviously, there was a little beef between Taylor and Kanye. I didn’t know any of this. But I was there! And I was, like, ‘Oh, this is awks.'”

Eek. Sounds awks, indeed!

Another thing Elba confirmed during his Times sit-down was that during his weed-dealing days, he had some famous clientele — Dave Chappelle, specifically!

“I don’t want to name names because I’ll get in trouble and they’ll curse at me but yes, I sold to most of those comedians that walked in,” Elba confirmed.

Meanwhile, if Swift’s first single off her upcoming new album, “Look What You Made Me Do” is any indication, the bad blood is still brewing between her and West, and the pot is hot.

'Stranger Things' Star Millie Bobby Brown Poses Upside Down for Couture Fashion Shoot

Nothing strange here!

Ahead of the all-new season of Stranger Things streaming on Netflix later this month, Millie Bobby Brown modeled in聽a new聽photo shoot for聽InStyle magazine’s November issue. Naturally, she was聽upside down.

Photographed by Anthony Maule, the 13-year-old actress, who portrays Eleven in the series, wore聽a cascading, light pink Valentino Haute Couture dress for one of the most stunning shots in the series.

“Modeling is very close to my heart,” she explains聽in the accompanying feature. “I feel like just taking pictures is amazing. You’ll feel if you did a good job in that shoot — or if you feel like you haven’t, then you haven’t. But some pictures turn out to be iconic, and it means so much.”

Iconic, indeed!

But what fans wouldn’t know from seeing this聽photo is the fact that everything she wears — whether it聽be for a photo shoot or red carpet! — has to go through “every person on my team” first.

“It has to go through my mum first,” she adorably explains. “If she approves, it’ll go to my agents, and then, obviously, the last stop is my dad — and if he doesn’t like it, then I’m not wearing it. It’s as simple as that.”

And despite being front and center in the spotlight, Brown says聽she’s actually quite grounded when it comes to handling her newfound fame.

“You know, I鈥檓 just a 13-year-old, like any other 13-year-old,” she notes. ‘So, I just plan on living my life and take it step-by-step.”

Brown also teases what’s to come when Stranger Things returns to the streaming service on Oct. 27.

“It鈥檚 a lot darker and more emotional and emotionally challenging for me,” she reveals. “Ten times more than the first season. Everything is explained!”
